Mark is the Founder and Director of Lambton Law Solicitors. Being admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1996, Mark has over 26 years of experience within the legal industry.

Mark’s legal expertise is extensive, especially in the field of Criminal Law. Mark is recognised as a Criminal Law Specialist, holding a Specialist Accreditation from the Law Society of New South Wales.

Prior to Mark’s law career, he served as a NSW Police Prosecutor. With Mark’s knowledge and his experience across a variety of job roles within the legal industry, he provides tailored advice to individual circumstances and expert representation from start to finish. Mark also has a wealth of experience in Civil Law, Wills, Probate & Estate matters, Residential & Commercial Conveyancing & Leases.

With a strong passion for sport, Mark frequently provides advice to clients across all codes of sport as well as representation for appeals, tribunal & disciplinary proceedings, and other sports related matters. Mark was appointed to the Board of Directors of Newcastle Rugby League in 2015 where he continues to serve the local rugby league community. 

Mark constantly offers work experience opportunities to law student and volunteers his time to the Law Society of New South Wales to assist in student Mock Trials.
